Terms and conditions

Booking Policy
  • All bookings must be made through the official Ceylandia website or by contacting our team via email or phone.
  • A booking is confirmed only when a deposit of 30% of the total package cost is received as a reservation fee.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • 25% Charge: Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% charge of the total package cost.
  • 50% Charge: Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total package cost.
  • 100% Charge: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total package cost.

Travel Insurance
  • It is mandatory for all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. Ceylandia is not liable for any losses incurred during the trip due to a lack of insurance coverage.
Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport, necessary visas, and comply with immigration requirements for entry into Sri Lanka.
  • Ceylandia will not be responsible for any delays, fines, or denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
Health and Safety
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the activities included in their selected package.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed to Ceylandia before booking.
  • Ceylandia follows strict safety standards, but it is important for travelers to comply with safety instructions provided by tour guides during activities.
Liability
  • Ceylandia acts as an intermediary for accommodation, transportation, and activity providers and is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third parties.
  • Ceylandia is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during activities unless caused by negligence on our part.
Personal Conduct
  • Travelers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to local cultures, customs, and fellow travelers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of the trip without a refund.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
  • Ceylandia reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
